Father’s Day 2010- Texas Style.

We had to opportunity to fly down to Dallas for a few days and we, of course, took it!  It is hard to pass up laying by a beautiful and playing in the water with your perfect nearly 2 year old, isn’t it?

It happened to be Father’s Day weekend, so it was a special treat for Steve to be able to spend it with his dad.  We had so much fun and we really needed a time of relaxation after all of Steve’s heart tests.

Here is some photographic evidence of our relaxation 🙂

I swear that Steve and I were there.  But from the looks of it Kokomo really got around that weekend.  We did a lot of stuff aside from relaxing.  Steve watched a lot of soccer with Paul.  Paul found his new baby, the ugly…errr..big green egg 🙂 Steve got a Father’s Day massage from his own mommy.  Laila painted her first piece of artwork on canvas.  They went to the Fort Worth Zoo while I lounged alone in the pool (heaven!).  We ate a lot of good food, talked a lot and drank plenty of wine.  It was a great time and we hope to be back soon!  🙂
