Just like his sister, Cooper has no teeth at 9 months.  And no signs of teeth on the way.  We know they are in there…somewhere.    With that being said…this little guy is nothing if not resourceful!  Who needs teeth!?  

This is what happens when a 3 year old is left unattended with makeup within reach.  She has a future as a make up artist, I think. 

As a stay at home mom, not all days are as blissful as one would like.  They entail a lot of cooking, cleaning, errand running and chauffeuring of children to various events.  The past week we had a simply wonderful day.  And I do mean simply.  We did nothing except love on each other and

This weekend Laila has a fun weekend getaway planned.  Her dates are her Grandma Pam and her Bapa.  She is so lucky (read: we are so lucky)  to have the ability to get away and play at the cabin!  From the reports I have been getting, Laila has been keeping her  and her Uncle Kevin

Our Baby Boo Bear is 8 months old.  Here are comparison pictures of Cooper and Laila, both at 8 months! Isn’t this just TOO MUCH!?  Look at that chubby face that Laila had!  Love it!  Cooper is a big boy and has some adorable leg rolls, but nothing like his sister did!  I love these

I don’t know what it is about this basket.  (Or how it has lasted 4 years for that matter) My children BOTH love it.  Laila was obsessed with it when she was little (remember this?)and Cooper has recently found great fun in it, as well.  I think because it is light and just their size.

Things in the Janish house haven’t really changed that much with the turn of 2012.  Cooper is sick with a respiratory illness and is being treated with a nebulizer.  Laila is fighting, probably, the same thing.  Steve and I haven’t slept much in the past week because of Cooper’s coughing and his lack of sleep. 

Our little man Cooper has been diagnosed with brachycephaly and will be fitted for a helmet to correct this “condition”.  This basically means that the back of his head is flat despite copious amounts of tummy time and physical therapy.  He will have to wear the helmet for 23 hours a day only taking it off

It has been a rough few weeks for the Janish family.  Laila had been sick for about a week when Cooper started to cough.  Not a good sign.  We took them both in last Sunday and it turns out….they both had walking pneumonia.  Luckily, we caught it early enough where only a round of super
