And it all gets dipped in the ketchup….

This is the life lesson that I have learned from my daughter.  No matter how long you took to prepare something (or on the flip side how terrible something may taste) it all goes right into the ketchup anyway.    So what it the point about worrying and stressing about little things in life if the fix is as simple as ketchup!  There isn’t one!

As this baby approaches his due date and as we prepare to become a family of four, I realize that there are somethings that will change no matter how much I don’t want them to change.  I will need to divide my time differently and prioritize things much differently.  I am sure a lot of things that I have been able to get done will fall by the wayside and hopefully someday I can pick them up again. ( Both literally and figuratively!)

I am so thankful and blessed to have a husband who comes home nearly every night from work ready to help out and pick up the slack where I have let it go.  And trust me, the last few weeks there has been a LOT of slack on my end.  I haven’t been feeling the greatest, this baby is getting bigger and my back is taking the toll.

Don’t misunderstand me, please, I am not complaining. I am so blessed to have made it 31 weeks with no major issues and a little back pain won’t stop me from enjoying the last 2 months with my family of three!  I have been taken aback the past few days at how truly AWESOME Laila is and what a little lady she has become.  She is far from a baby and no longer a toddler.  She is a kid.  Here is the proof –
